What the application is

An internal tool used only by the operator and the companies of its group (Nopeus Kft., Chameleon Mentor Kft., Snow Face Kft., Prosorto Kft., Colosseum Kft., MI Információtechnológiai Kft., D&S Mérnöki Szolgáltató Kft., Gamaxcom Services GmbH). It is not offered to anyone else.

What data it reads

With the explicit approval of the authorised account holder, given in their own bank, it reads the balances and transactions of these companies' own business bank accounts, read-only, through Enable Banking (a licensed account information service provider). Transaction details can include the names and account numbers of counterparties.

Why

To produce a daily cash summary for the companies' owner, match payments to invoices, and keep the companies' internal books. Legal basis: the companies' legitimate interest in managing their own finances, and the account holder's consent under PSD2.

What it never does

It cannot initiate payments. It does not sell or share data, and does not use it for marketing.

Where and how long

Data is stored on the operator's own systems in the EU and kept as long as the companies' bookkeeping requires (Hungarian accounting law: 8 years), then deleted.

Withdrawing access

The account holder can withdraw access at any time in their bank or by writing to the contact above. Access also expires on its own after the period the bank allows (90–180 days).

Your rights

Counterparties whose details appear in transactions can request access, correction or erasure where the law allows, at the contact above, and can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
