1. Operator: MI Információtechnológiai Kft., 1026 Budapest, Pázsit utca 6., company reg. no. 01 09 455565, tax no. 33034292-2-41. Contact: admin@miinformaciotechnologiai.eu.
2. Who may use it. Only the operator and the companies of its group (Nopeus Kft., Chameleon Mentor Kft., Snow Face Kft., Prosorto Kft., Colosseum Kft., MI Információtechnológiai Kft., D&S Mérnöki Szolgáltató Kft., Gamaxcom Services GmbH), for their own business accounts. There are no other users and no public access.
3. What it does. It reads account balances and transactions, read-only and with the account holder's approval given in their bank, through Enable Banking. It cannot make payments.
4. Account holder approval. Only a person with online-banking rights for the account may approve access. They can withdraw it at any time, in their bank or by writing to the contact above; it also expires after the period the bank allows (90–180 days).
5. No warranty. The summaries are an internal aid. The bank's own records and the companies' official accounts prevail.

7. Law. Hungarian law applies.
